I assume the menu is supposed to read "Explore With Looker Studio."???? To enable Data Studio: Visit https://datastudio.google.com. Click Create in the upper left. Click Report. Click through the Terms of Service and then click Done. Return to the BigQuery UI. In the BigQuery UI, click on the Explore data button and choose Explore With Data Studio. This will open a new window.
