JupyterLab would not work. Could not do lab setup

Links to the documentation are sometimes useless :for instance, the last part with the timestamp transformation and window.start method which was not in the doc. I had trouble visualizing what type of object I'm using in the Pipeline at different steps. Feedback could be appreciated.
