HELP - where is THEIA gone - not more possible to choose on my account ??? 1) In the Console, expand the Navigation menu (Navigation menu icon), then select Vertex AI > Workbench. 2) Enable Notebooks API. 3) At the top of the page click New Notebook, and select Theia IDE [Experimental] > Without GPUs HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
