There is a Resource Location Restriction in the Organization Policy. In the list os Allowed Locations europe-west1 is not in the list so you can't create a subnet in that region. That means you can't complete this Lab.

Error in lab ERROR: (gcloud.compute.instances.create) Could not fetch resource: - Invalid value for field 'resource.networkInterfaces[0]': '{ "network": "https://compute.googleapis.com/compute/v1/projects/qwiklabs-gcp-03-caf635f79ff8/globa...'. No default subnetwork was found in the region of the instance.

there is an issue with this command "gcloud compute instances create mynet-eu-vm \ --machine-type e2-micro \ --zone=europe-west1-b --network=mynetwork" it does not create an instance in the Europe-west1-b zone. I tried to use the GUI also but i could not find this zone.
