There is a Resource Location Restriction in the Organization Policy. In the list os Allowed Locations europe-west1 is not in the list so you can't create a subnet in that region. That means you can't complete this Lab.

there is an issue with this command "gcloud compute instances create mynet-eu-vm \ --machine-type e2-micro \ --zone=europe-west1-b --network=mynetwork" it does not create an instance in the Europe-west1-b zone. I tried to use the GUI also but i could not find this zone.
