Not able to complete. Violation of guide - but why? There is no composer version 2.6.x available!?

there is no such option: composer-2.6.x-airflow-2.x.x creation of environment got timed out (after ~30mins) twice already and my lab was forcefully closed for not abiding to steps. wow
