The data explorer activated from big query set the datatype of the dimension and wouldnt let me change it. The first part was iso week there didnt appear to be any drop down or method to change it to a number. Similarly for the hour it was converted to an am/pm even though I cast the result to an int. Disappointing if the datatype can not be converted to what you want.
