All the correct answers to the multiple choice tests were incorrect. Indeed, the answer to the question "why the compute engine of BigQuery keeps processing all the records? " can not be "that despite of the existing date partitions it has to process all the records" precisely because there are no partitions at this point of the lab. Same, after partitioning the answer to the question "why the compute engine processed 0Byte ?" is because of the non-existance of partition among all the partitions of the given partioned table we created earlier which wasn't the expected answer to the multiple choices test.
