As per recent data, there is an error when querying the gsod_noaa dataset because of the table's naming. Running this lab today (20211130) is causing issues since in the noaa_gsod dataset there are two tables "gsod2020-2021-11-28T21_02_22" and "gsod2020-2021-11-28T21_02_43" that are breaking the "CAST(_TABLE_SUFFIX AS int64) >= 2018" function.

The queries against the public dataset fail as is, because there seems to be extra snapshots in the dataset and you can't cast the table suffix as a timestamp

Some issues with the ability to deal with this due to the public data set having table suffixes which failed the data conversion to bit64
