Check My Progress button not working

Initial sign in did not take me to appropriate landing zone. Took 3 attempts. Then on "Task 3. Ingest a new dataset from Google Cloud Storage". Step was not listed to "set your Cloud Platform project in this session". I ran the command shown and then was able to runs the script. Not sure if this was overlooked or I was just supposed to know to do this. Since this is a step by step set of labs, that is what I did.

If you didn't already know how to launch cloud shell you might get stuck as the instructions don't tell you. Also I got an error when doing the bq load and had to do cloud auth login first.
