feels a bit like brainlessly copy pasting commands. further explanation of what they do, synthax etc. would be great, though you can do that in your own time

As a Cloud SQL lab it's good. As part of the Building a Data Lake course, I believe it's missing adding other sources into Cloud Storage, etc.
