Use Serverless for Apache Spark to Load BigQuery Reviews

There is no step asking to give permission to the Dataproc service account, but task 3 only worked when I gave permission to the Dataproc SA (I put owner because I didn't have time to do tbshoot)

Took a long time and really didn't learn much about the process other than. Yes you can use VM to run spark code you know nothing about. Errored many times before it finally ran
