The tutorial AS IS will not run. There is a missing step: giving the proper permissions to the compute service account, so it can perform the cluster creation and management tasks. After providing these permissions the lab can be completed. Please fix.

The tricky part is that the download file has to be happened on the vm ssh. However, you have to run the dataproc job back on the cloud shell.
