the wrong region to create vpc-b-vm-1 in the lab, balanced persistent disk wasn't available

the provided region for vm creation (vpc-b-vm-1) doesn't show or accept the subnet given by vpc-b rather says 'no supported subnet in this region'otherwise i had to change to us-central one
