gcloud installation failing due to old Python version on instance. Or doc should be updated with python3 install step, or basic instance have to include python3, not python2

Current image of a centos contains python 2.xx version, and gcloud SDK is not compatible to this python version. So I need to figure out how to install and configure environmental variables for python 3.x.x first and then do the lab, every time. Its out of scope of the lab and i dont need 30 more minutes. I need a working environment. Thanks in advance for fixing it
