dataflow does not work with python 3.9

GCP CloudShell defaulted to Python3.9.2 with which Apache Beam (GCP) is not compatible. Had to spend a lot more time to install pyenv and then make pyenv worked correctly to switch Python version

py 3.9 not supported. had to add "--experiment use_unsupported_python_version" to python3 commands

With this set of commands Python3.9 is getting installed , which is not supported by DataFlow
