I don't think the lab has been setup properly. Every time I run the job - it fails. after restarting the lab - i managed to complete lab.

Most of the DataFlow jobs are failing with the following errors. And this lab is also failing with this error. "Startup of the worker pool in us-east1 failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. Please refer to https://cloud.google.com/dataflow/docs/guides/common-errors#worker-pool-failure for help troubleshooting. ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED: Instance 'job1-04110757-2r77-harness-rnrd' creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-04-4dc7648388c9/zones/us-east1-c' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later."

The jobs failed consistently to run because of "zone without enough resources" issue and I couldn't finish the lab.

There are no vms in the region at this moment, so was not able to create jobs.
