I could not end end the Lab because the Forms options are different than the one in Drive. The Form App seems to be updated or changed. In Task 2 there is not SEND Button.

Some features of the lab may need to be updated as Google Forms has moved some settings, it caused two of my questions to not verify properly even though I did what I was told to do, but I couldn't follow the instructions exactly because some forms features have changed. You can't submit forms through previews being one of the bigger changes.
