No default subnet on asia-south2 region, NO permission to create VM's on other asia regions, so waste a tad of time CREATING a non-default subnet on asia-south2-a zone so I could finally create the VM for the asia client role

On creating the VM Client instance in asia, no subnet was created for the asia-northeast3 region on the default VPC. I had to do this manually by creating the subnet before i was able to create the instance. Please have this fixed in the resource creation as not many people are able to troubleshoot to indentify where the problem is from. Also, the alternative support steps to fix this would not work if no subnet is created for that region. Also the other regions do not work as expected.
