This question feels misleading and confusing as it has two parts that contradict each other: You should be able to ping the internal and external IP addresses of privatenet-us-vm from mynet-us-vm. You cannot ping internal addresses but you can ping the external addresses. Yes, F && T == F. Consider splitting it into two questions or dropping the external address part of the question to avoid confusion for learners.
