I ran into a problem in Task 4, but there was no way to troubleshoot or figure it out. I went through the entire process again, but still didn't figure it out. Tried to connect via Chat. Waited for a response for almost 30 minutes. Lab timer expired. Had to do the entire lab again. Figured it out on my own the second time, but troubleshooting/problem identification is not good.

I would have appreciate more diagrams with scope of every configuration. I would also have appreciated a more in depth of a scanning tools.

-Completed all steps for the lab, but final progress check said incomplete with no reference to why. -Went through steps again. Same result. -Task 4 instructions incomplete and didn't match. -Outcome for mynetwork didn't match (ping was not successful). -No nic2 listed for VM-Appliance. -Choices for Chat window were cryptic. -Chat response was slow (waited in queue for over 28 minutes with no response). I wasted precious weekend time unsuccessfully trying to complete this lab. Extremely dissatisfied.
