I completed the steps but it claimed I hadn't. Cloud Shell did hiccup and I had to recover it in another window so maybe that was the issue. Started again, claimed I hadn't created VMs with the correct configuration, but I had! Problems trying to rerun the lab even though I chose Use another account.

There was an error in the tutorial. I guess it is from an update. The N1 machine type only supports 2 multiple network interfaces and not 4 as said in the tutorial.
