there's a missinterpretation in the phase of definition of networks interfaces of the 2 first VMs so I've done it 3 times until I changed the creation of the VM to what it should be.

I had a problem while testing my progres indicating that the "managementnet-us-vm" was mis configured, so instead of following the instructions I created it with the comman just like when i created the 2nd vm instance
