There is no Control Plane IP Range in Google Cloud Console and it took much time to resolve this with CLI command having --master-ipv4-cidr

some of the instructions doesn't match with the new version of Kubenetes like Set Control plane IP range to 172.16.0.32/28. there is no input box for this ip range and when this value is not entered this lab is not completed

step one cannot be completed because this provider does not alllow a /28 subnet , also the creation of the standard gke is not done the way advised in the tutorial anymore the modifications option is on the right not the left
