It cloud not create the cluster. It gave me this error "Google Compute Engine: Not all instances running in IGM after 35m19.919642668s. Expected 2, running 0, transitioning 2. Current errors: [GCE_STOCKOUT]: Instance 'gke-private-cluster-default-pool-bd0545c1-9bwh' creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-afc37103141d/zones/us-east1-d' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. the nodes were not created due to the message saying the us-east1-d has no sufficient resources :( I waited for almost 1 hour 20 minutes to fail this lab. I completed the lab in my second attempt. This time it was using a different zone.
