The lab just disconnected while in the middle of doing the provisioning. Second time I was getting inject:175: function "protoToJSON" not defined errors.

There´s a error. ISTIO exported version should be newer or it fails to inject. ISTIO_VERSION=1.4.4 works fine

There is a problem with istioctl version and the istio version installed on GKE. They should be the same.
