The last eventarc was bug so i had to run by shell.

Encountered an error during the Eventarc trigger creation where error shows "Cannot access API run.googleapis.com in project <myproject name>" in which i couldn't select my delete image cloud run function. I was able to by pass by going straight to the cloud run function and manually adding the triggered via the Triggers tab in there.
