far too many tasks without enough practice on each sub topic. I am just copy pasting commands, that won't help me learn. I do read them and try to understand them, but copy pasting commands doesn't work too well for learning.

If the goal is to learn, then this lab is way too rushed- it needs 2-3 hours vs. 90 minutes. There is little time to read, vs. think about each step.
