in the eventarc trigger configuration for deletion of image, the bucket name is incorrect. It should also include the project-id. In my case it was probably taking longer to verify the creation of the eventarc trigger so I thought, I might need to change the bucket name to be exact. But putting the exact bucket name shows an error label about location. Anyway, I choose the bucket that was listed and somehow, this time the task completion was success. \_(._.)_/
