It's impossible to pass the Lab. On the last step it fails with the error "Cannot access API run.googleapis.com in project qwiklabs-gcp..." Consultant confirmed the issue in the lab. 1.5 hours wasted :(

I could not create "delete-image-trigger" because there are no cloud run services to choose from. I followed every step in the instructions.

It has error in some steps in the step deploying the service using cloudbuild it raise an error related to npm install lock file. also when creating the eventarc trigger using the UI it not showing cloud run services because, it show this error: Cannot access API run.googleapis.com in project qwiklabs-gcp-03-18594e1c0ba5

the last trigger, image-delete-trigger, was possible to create only using gcloud...

The last 10th task gives me an error `Cannot access API run.googleapis.com in project qwiklabs-gcp-01-1e920d3b650c` when I try to create a trigger in the Eventarc service And although I got 96 out of 100 when I press "End Lab", it doesn`t mark as completed So, I cannot finish the module Please check the correctness of the instructions
