Something wrong with the TensorFlow 2.9 container specified for this exercise, it just flat out fails when making models: 2023-05-11 22:57:18.445298: W tensorflow/stream_executor/platform/default/dso_loader.cc:64] Could not load dynamic library 'libcuda.so.1'; dlerror: libcuda.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory; LD_LIBRARY_PATH: /usr/local/cuda/lib64:/usr/local/nccl2/lib:/usr/local/cuda/extras/CUPTI/lib64

Does not work properly. First error is: ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'gapic_version.py' Consider using the `--user` option or check the permissions. It is solved by addong --user at the end of the pip sentence. Once that is solved the model cell gives this mistake: Could not load dynamic library 'libcuda.so.1'; dlerror: libcuda.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory; LD_LIBRARY_PATH: /usr/local/cuda/lib64:/usr/local/nccl2/lib:/usr/local/cuda/extras/CUPTI/lib64 (...) To enable them in other operations, rebuild TensorFlow with the appropriate compiler flags.
