got this error... ImportError: cannot import name 'WKBWriter' from 'shapely.geos' (/opt/conda/lib/python3.9/site-packages/shapely/geos.py) so couldn.t run the notebook examples. no idea where the problem is.

The lab and solutions differ in what is being asked. I could not import tf.keras.layers in TODO 2a, but the solutions did not use layers or ask for them. While there are multiple solutions to get to the same answer, the solutions should align with what is being asked in the labs.
