Introducing the Keras Sequential API on Vertex AI Platform Reviews

I'm not sure if it was because the bandwidth was used up for the student account that I have, but I was 1) not able to run the notebook or install tensorflow on the notebook I created, or 2) was unable to use a tensorflow notebook to run anything. The coding evnironment was unresponsive.
