I had to downgrade geopandas modifying one pip command (and restard kernel), but worked fine after !pip install -U google-cloud-aiplatform "shapely<2" geopandas==0.14.4

1) Notebook can not be executed due to an import error: "from google.cloud import aiplatform ... "AttributeError: module 'shapely' has no attribute 'strtree'..." 2) Notebook uses deprecated features: "Warning: tf.feature_column is not recommended for new code. Instead, feature preprocessing can be done directly using either Keras preprocessing layers ..." 3) TODOs are sometimes not precise enough: "Create a deep neural network using Keras's Sequential API. In the cell below, use the tf.keras.layers..." How many layers with how many neurons should be used? Any number would be fine?
