I finally figured out that I had to resize the tiles to be able to save the dashboard, and then had to refresh my browser to get it to display correctly in the main view, then save it again, and that seemed to work. Still, this took about 10 hours of my life over the last two weeks (this is about the fifth time I have tried the lab), and it should have taken less than 2.
