I was unable to complete task 3 after following all the steps successfully

When trying to add the 2nd tile or chart to an existing dashboard, it doesn't appear. I attempted to refresh the dashboard to allow more time, but it still doesn't appear. This has been happening in all the exercise labs in this course. I haven't had issues before this course.
