'make create' does complete without errros in this lab. This lab's source code has been updated to work with recent terraform version (0.12.5). It is not possible to complete the lab with the 0.11 version of Terraform as it described in "Install Terraform" step.

Wrong instruction. Should use Terraform >= 0.12.3. Please update lab content to use Terraform 0.12.x as the suggested version of 0.11.x does not work when running "make create". This would save student time trying to work out what went wrong!
