Cloud Operations for GKE Reviews

The terraform script has an issue when you run make create command, it throws error on resources.tf with username and password. I went ahead and commented both fields in resources.tf and all looked good.

Didn't work, unless: 1. Create Group in Cloud Monitoring, Not "Create Cloud Monitoring workspace" 2. You have to comment out "username" and "password" in terraform/resources.tf, line 44 and 45.
