Unable to apply the kubernetes yaml file. Deployment is not available on version v1beta1. I have to manually change it to apiVersion: apps/v1. It's not told in the tutorial.

there are several issues 1. In my case, `make create` (in terraform apply part) does not return any output. I was wondering why the script takes forever to finish (it does not finish even after 1 hour). So I ended up running the `scripts/create.sh` step-by-step manually, only to find out that the issue is in the terraform apply. 2. terafform apply See https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/gke-monitoring-tutorial/pull/39/files
