There are cases where 'Quota Exceeded' error is encountered and you can't do anything but to wait and the time limit is still running

Again the response times were too slow, and kept receiving "Quota has been exhausted" message. Have now attempted this three time, each had timed out because of the aforementioned issues. The compare exercise was the worst and would not complete due to the "Quota has been exhausted" error. Please fix your broken labs exercise. Complete frustration, I have now wasted 4 hours on this.
