I rolled back the prod app to v1, but it did not report that it was rolled back. Kubernetes deployment showed v1 and /red could no longer be displayed. I also reverted the code as extra measure, but it still do not read as rolled back. I also tried rebuilding from cloudbuild with the original v1, which also showed it as v1 in the deployment. Not sure why it didn't register it as complete.
