Task 6 doesn't work, I tried this lab 12+ times

I was unable to check progress on the final task for rolling back the production deployment. I had performed a kubectl rollout undo to the previous deployment revision, the container image was showing v1.0, and I tested the application and it no longer recognised the /red entrypoint as expected on v1.0... but still the task did not complete. I even rolled the version back in git, pushed and triggered the deployment on v1.0 this way, but still it did not complete. Not sure what is checked or expected to pass here on task 6(?).
