I had to do the lab twice. For the first time there was error from terraform. I was able to manually fix that and continue with all tasks, but the final Tash 4: teardown was never recognizes as completed and therefore the lab was not counted as completed. Interestingly for the second lab run, all went fine.

Had to defer this lab from Friday when I originally scheduled the training owing to insufficient resources on the region/zone. Was not able to change to another because of constraints. This was frustrating.
