Apparently, there is no need to edit the file gke-rbac-demo/terraform/provider.tf anymore. The value of the version field I got from https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/gke-rbac-demo.git is already more recent than 2.12.0.

there are issues with provisoning GKE cluster using terraform , most of the time wasted becaue of terraform regisry service non-availability , you should not concider the inra/resource provisining as part of the lab
