There's an issue with the login. I'm on the icognito window and the browser keeps login in with my personal account instead of the student account

I followed every instruction carefully, still unable to rdp into Windows Admin VM. I am able to successfully ping Windows Admin VM from the Client VM, but not RDP. Please verify the content
