Would not tell me what I was doing wrong for task 1

In task 1 look#4 I followed all the steps but it still doesn't accept my look. The reason why it happens is that there are multiple rows with values 11 and 21 and in my case they are placed in different order rather than in the instructions. The task is complete, all the numbers and the visualization match but it still gives me an error.

I keep creating the Look for Top 10 Airports With Smallest Average Distance for look #4 but since there are multiple records of Origin and Destination with the same Average distance of miles my top 10 doesn't have the same airports listed in the same order so it doesn't count my look as created.
