Got back in thanks. Made progress until the Merge step. Could have used more guidance / links there. The previous step, I created a custom column name, but the "Check my Progress" feature did not pass it, although it have the same name and contents as shown. It would have been helpful to have had more guidance on creating this concatenated column name. Or if it should have been created some other way, that could have been made clearer.
