The /utils/ scripts were broken. I could manage to run the cell after downloading the xlsx, converting it to csv with MS Excel, uploading it to the cs bucket and creating the BQ table manually. This took most of the lab time and I could not experiment with the notebook code. If you are charging for the labs, at the very least ensure that it works
