Manually downloaded the dataset from the original source (https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/machine-learning-databases/00352/Online%20Retail.xlsx). Uploaded the dataset (online_retail.xlsx and online_retail.csv) to the correct Cloud Storage bucket. Successfully re-ran the data_download.py script, which loaded the dataset into BigQuery.
