instructions state: In the New instance menu, choose the latest version of TensorFlow Enterprise 2.6 (with LTS) in Environment. but there is only 2.15, 2.16, 2.17 avail got error when running BQ select: /opt/conda/lib/python3.10/site-packages/google/cloud/bigquery/table.py:2309: UserWarning: Unable to represent RANGE schema as struct using pandas ArrowDtype.
